Rules of Engagement for Non-Food Vendors

  • Non-food vendor fee $100.00 + $1.50 surcharge fee
  • GPCC and the City of Pharr are not liable for lost, broken, or stolen items, as well as minor or major injuries.
  • We do not permit the sales of firearms, knives, laser pointers, lighters, tasers.
  • Alcohol consumption is not permitted on the premises by vendors or anyone else.
  • Vendors are not to pick and choose their spots.
  • Vendors are to stay within their 8’ x 8’ area. (feet)
  • Canopies and tents are not permitted for this event.
  • All vendors will be provided One (1) 8’ foot table and Two (2) folding chairs, you may bring 1 extra table.
  • Shelves are not allowed.
  • Tear down will be 15 minutes before end time due to city employee labor laws and city regulations.
  • Vendors are not to leave early before the event is over. (if you end up leaving due to an emergency, please inform Chamber)
  • Vendors who do not comply with the terms will be informed to leave and may not be able to participate in future markets or events.

 

Refunds

Vendor fee is non-refundable unless told otherwise by Chamber.
