🥑 The City of Pharr is not liable for lost of stolen wristbands
🥑 Pre-sale ticket holders must still pass through the security line before entering the event
🥑 A seperate wristband must be purchased for carnival rides.
🥑 Wristbands for entrance and carnival rides will be required starting at 5PM.
